Doing business with Fort Bayou Playland

Fort Bayou Playland is a subsidiary of Dreamlanding USA Inc. With a Division, also known as Fort Bayou Playland LLC, which is the management group.

Most needed items or services that cost over a preset amount are placed out for bid, with smaller needs being shopped by our buyers as needed or required. 

ALL ON-SITE SERVICE CONTRACTORS OR VENDORS MUST BE LICENSED & INSURED.

ALL DEMANDS FOR PAYMENT MUST HAVE AN ISSUED P.O. NUMBER attached to their billing, along with the current job number if relevant. 

All major payments are bank-to-bank with smaller amounts (under $1000. / One Thousand Dollars) paid by check or Debit draft. 

Note that any unauthorized transaction fees detected are subject to claw-back on the next billing cycle. 

As a general rule, all bills posted to us by the 5th of each month are paid on or before the 5th of the next month.  We operate on a 30-day or less billing cycle and endeavor to pay outstanding debts in 30 days or less.

As a general rule, we do not prepay for any service, but will, depending on the contract, provide a deposit when needed. 

We will not consider any COD Accounts if you cannot follow our basic billing and payment POLICY. Please do not apply to be a vendor.

We buy AMERICAN-MADE PRODUCTS whenever possible. 

Note that out-of-country vendors ' offers must be in US Dollars, and we will not be subjected to monetary drift by the changing EURO; all payments will only be made in US Dollars, paid on the contract price that was negotiated, regardless of loss or gain by way of the exchange rate of any foreign currency.
