Welcome Friends, 

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to check in on how our little adventure is going.  And so, the battle continues to build this park.

The Wetlands issue for the most part has been resolved. 

Funding is still an issue (nothing new about that) We have been told that we should have the needed funding very shortly. After all the years I have been in this business I have learned not to count your chickens until hatched. But I hold out hope that we will soon have what we need to get started. It may be less than ideal, but we will be grateful and make every penny count.   

Design is moving forward with no problems well at least something is still going right. I feel that the park we are working on will be the best bang for the buck! The real trick is in keeping the cost to build phase one as low as possible and then once open we can and will grow. We are building this park so everyone can afford to spend time with your families at a cost per person that will not require a bank loan to spend the day with us. 

A lot of consideration is going into this project to safeguard that objective such as keeping food pricing as low as possible. This idea applies to every aspect of our park and its operation from parking to retail outlets. The bottom line is to ensure that your experience is not only affordable but clean, secure and most of all safe. After all safety is always job one!

The park will be a closed gate system that is one pay to enjoy all the attractions within. And yes, if you are wondering the gate and entire park for that matter will be very heavily secured and we will brook no nonsense or disruption of any kind.  The point is we are building to protect our Guests, and their Children. Therefore, security must and will be very tight. 

And as stated before, the policies of this company are based on the fundamentals of the Christian faith. To be very clear we are none denominational in nature and we embrace all people, everyone is welcome. We are an equal opportunity employer in every sense of the word.
